For someone that is difficult for you to get along with, find one thing that you like about them. Maybe you like their tie, that red dress, you really want to know where they got those shoes, or comment about their beautiful white teeth that look great when they smile... I'm sure you get the idea. Then let them know. Say it. But don't just reach for anything. It must be something you truly like. Others can feel your sincerity.
