We believe that all customer information is considered private and confidential, in all regards. Every step is taken to ensure all information remains private and confidential.
Email Privacy Policy
We do not believe in 'harvesting' emails for sale, rent, exchange, or disclosure to third parties. We have a policy of no SPAM, and no contact without a specific request by a visitor or customer. Contact is an instance by instance case. This decision was made after my frustration of my contacting a company/person once for information and then the company/person had taken that as a licence to spam or harass my email for life.
Regarding Advertisements
We do not believe in all the bombardment tactics of advertising that is prevelant on the internet, TV or radio. We believe that we offer high quality products, excellent customer service incorporated with a commitment to Love, compassion and knowledge sharing. As a result, our business is mostly based on word-of-mouth. We will do all that is possible to avoid popup/popunder windows and annoying advertisement on our site. We provide some text and/or graphic links so that other quality sites can link with us. We are committed to continue this method rather than the mass advertising as seen on many other sites.
Orders
Report Orders are processed and mailed Monday through Friday CDT and some Saturday mornings during regular Post Office Hours. These Orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours upon verification of payment and completion of the order. Your patience is always appreciated. Personal telephone and local Readings are available by appointment every day of the week. We now have online report pickup available. This is available in a zipped .doc or .rtf format. Once payment is verified and the report is ready, we will contact you either by email or telephone (whichever you have provided) to provide you your personalized pickup URL location. If there is ever a problem or question in regards to your order, please contact us immediately. We are here to help you and you are truly valuable to us.

Please provide a written letter of request, include the product or book with a copy of your receipt or PayPal transaction number by mail. Please contact me for the address to return the item - some items are from other shipping locations and I can give you the appropriate mailing address to make your return.
